I seem to remember that image was used for the original production of "Sweeney Todd", FWIW. I don't know who the original artist was but it sure does look like Tenniel. Oh, it's got to be him-good call, anon.

Nast and Dore are interesting choices but I'd have to go along with Jenny and Anon and pick Tenniel. Probably it was none of those guys. There were an awful lot of talented people in those days!
